Director of Client Services

As Director of Client Services, I am responsible for managing day-to-day communication and workflow for domestic and international clientele. Once a client's financial plan has been constructed, I take charge of completing the action items necessary to implement the plan. 

Before joining Caplan Financial Group in 2002, I was a manager at Qbit PC, an online computer electronics company.  As manager of Qbit's customer care division, John was responsible for post-sale customer service for all corporate and individual clients.

My personal passion lies in serving the St. Baldrick's Foundation which runs the world's largest volunteer-driven fundraising event for childhood cancer research. Each year my group has been successful in raising thousands of dollars for the foundation.

I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Psychology degree from Salisbury University. My wife Terri and I, along with our black lab Holly Pancotta, live in Baltimore, Maryland.
